We are an independent digital draw system; we offer a service to run fair independent draws. Simply upload your entrant data, fill in a few details and we’ll take care of the hard part.

Yes, you do need to set up an account to run a draw but this can be done during the purchase process.

Yes, you can but each account is set up for individual organisations. You would have to set up multiple accounts for each client.

Currently we are a third-party site. We do this to create more transparency by being removed from your organisation.

Independent Draws is an independently run site offering a digital draws system. We recommend you check with your local government industry bodies to check what if any compliances are needed for your specific draw.

Depending on the type of trade promotion, where it will be operated from and offered too, as well as the total prize value. We recommend checking with each government body.

Generally, when audited, they will verify the draw was conducted at the time, place and day that was outlined in your terms and conditions for your draw. Additionally, that the draws carried out in a fair manner with all entrants having a fair and equal chance of winning.

 

When you run a draw through Independent Draws, each draw is recorded in the system and PDF is created when the draw is completed.

Yew, we store draw data for three (3) years before it deleted. You will also have access to all your previous draws. Where you can download the completed draw PDF as well as download a copy of the uploaded entrant data.

We charge in Australian dollar.

You have 12 months to use draw credits from the time of your last purchase.

When logged into your account, you will see remaining draws in the top right of the sub-menu.

We do not offer refunds on unused draw credits

Draws can be set up in a just a few minutes.

Draws can be run instantaneously or set up an run at a later date.

Currently we only accept CSV file format for entrant data.

There are three (3) stages to this, the first is when you pick the winner, the second is when you run the visual draw and finally when. You complete the draw and its outputted to PDF.

You will need to set up a new draw. This is because, once a file is uploaded that is considered a fulfilled draw, whether this is run or not. This is done to protect the integrity of the draw, so that the entrant information cannot be alternated or changed to manipulate it.

You can draw your prizes in any order, most organisations work their way to the major prize with the smaller prizes run first.

Yes, each draw is created with a unique URL that will look like this: https://www.independentdraws.com.au/<org name>/<draw url suffix>. With this URL you can either share it on screen during a live session or allow your entrants to log in themselves to watch live.

Yes, they can visit https://draw.independentdraws.com.au/check-entries/ here they will need to enter the unique draw number, and other personal information to check their entries in the draw
