Once you’ve set up a draw and your database is uploaded and processed.
OPENING THE PRIZES PAGE
Click on ‘view‘ in the View Draw column. This will open up the draw page to display during your live draw.
TO RUN THE DRAW
Click on ‘edit‘ to open the draw.
Scroll down to the PRIZES block.
PICKING A WINNER
For each prize, you will need pick the winner, run the draw and then save the winner.
PRIZES ARE DRAWN FROM TOP DOWN – PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PRIZE ORDER IS CORRECT
THE PRIZES CAN BE MOVED UP OR DOWN – PLEASE REMEMBER TO UPDATE/SAVE THIS BEFORE RUNNING THE DRAW
INDEPENDENT DRAWS TEAM
With the specific prize box open:
- Click ‘Pick Winner‘ – Allow it some time as it needs to cycle through your entire database to pick a winner. When it has selected a winner it will display their details below the prize information.
- Once this is completed, click ‘Run Draw‘, this will run the visual draw on the draw page.
- After the draw has been run, click ‘Save Winner‘ to save this winners details in the system and load the next prize to be drawn.
This must be done for all prizes including the last prize to be drawn
COMPLETING THE DRAW
Once all the prizes have been drawn, you need to complete the draw, by clicking ‘Complete Draw‘ to finalise it and save all winners and lock the information.
The ‘Download PDF‘ button allows you to download a PDF off all the draw details as well as the winners. This can be used to verify the draw winners and post for public notice.
